Reach Relaxation, Step by Step
1. Establish Goals
At the onset of your first session, we’ll sit down with you to understand your specific relaxation goals, as well as any physical or mental challenges keeping you from reaching them. This is also a great chance to get to know each other better—and recap the type of experience you’re looking for with your therapy. This is all part of our 360TotalEval.
By understanding your unique relaxation goals and needs, we can work together to create an assisted stretch experience that delivers comfort, realignment, and great results for you. These insights will also impact the type of space we’ll help you relax in, which we’ll get to in just a moment.
2. See Your MyFLEX™ Score
Another key component of the 360TotalEval is finding your MyFLEX™ score. This score gives us a basic summary of your body’s current flexibility—as well as a snapshot of how you compare to patients of a similar age and lifestyle. The score will also point out any flexibility imbalances in your body, which are very common.
Your MyFLEX™ score plays an important role in determining which assisted stretch sessions will be most comfortable for you while delivering the best results. Your certified Reach therapist can use your score to design a stretching regimen that matches (and advances) your relaxation goals.
3. Envision & Relax
After your 360TotalEval is complete and we’ve outlined your assisted stretching session, your Reach therapist will chat with you about how each session works—and answer any questions or concerns you might have. Our top priority here at Reach is your comfort. That means we won’t start stretching until you feel completely safe, secure and informed.
Next up, we’ll introduce you to your private stretching rooms, comfortable tables, and hot towel treatment each of which comes with a welcoming ambiance—and a complimentary drink to help you hydrate and relax. We design each of these spaces to create the most rewarding and comfortable stretch experience possible.
4. Achieve Results
Thanks to our clinically designed F.A.S.T.™ method, all of our assisted stretch therapies are completely safe and comfortable. Every Reach therapist is certified and experienced with F.A.S.T.™, ensuring that you enjoy a revitalizing and relaxing session every time.

How Consistency Impacts Relaxation Therapy
A single assisted stretch session can do wonders for your sense of relaxation and well-being, but you can’t achieve the best results without consistency. In time, regular relaxation stretches can further reduce muscle tension, flexibility, mobility, and help you maintain peak mental and physical health.
