During your first visit, we’ll work with you to understand exactly which aches, stings, and pains you’re looking to address—and get to know you a bit better. This allows us to tailor your experience around these goals and help you achieve the best results possible. We call this process the 360TotalEval.
By asking about your recovery goals, comfort level, pain points, and other key factors, we can create a fully customized stretch that’s just for you. With the 360TotalEval, we can ensure you experience the best stretch therapy techniques for your needs—all within a safe, relaxing, and friendly environment.
2. Find Your MyFLEX™ Score
Another important step in our evaluation is determining your MyFLEX™ score. This is a simple summary of your current flexibility that outlines any imbalances throughout your body (perfect symmetry of flexibility is very rare), as well as how you compare to people of similar age and lifestyle.
There are many assisted stretch therapy techniques for recovery and pain relief—each targeting different groups of muscles and segments of the body to maximize results. 3. Visualize & Relax
Your comfort and safety are essential to us, which is why we ensure both before starting any stretch session. After your 360TotalEval, we’ll sit down to personalize the experience based on your needs—and address any questions or concerns you may have. No stretching starts until you’re informed and completely comfortable.
Once you’re ready, we’ll begin the session in our inspiring private rooms, complete with a cozy ambiance and a complimentary drink to help you energize and replenish. This space is designed to fully relax your mind and body, creating a more rewarding and effective stretch in the process.
4. Achieve Results
We use our clinically designed F.A.S.T.™ method across all of our assisted stretch therapies, which keeps you completely safe from pain or injury. Each Reach therapist is well versed in F.A.S.T.™—allowing them to deliver soothing, pain-free, proven results.
