Stress has a big impact on your body and can cause many health issues. Meditation is one way to help manage stress.But first, what exactly is meditation? Meditation generally involves sitting relaxed in a quiet room for 5 to 20 minutes and clearing your mind. There are many different ways to meditate so no need to worry whether or not you are doing it wrong.

Mediation calms your mind and body and silences stressful thoughts that prevent you from relaxing. It teaches you to redirect your negative thoughts to more positive thoughts.Meditation comes with many positive impacts on your body like normalizing your blood pressure, improving your immune system, and decreases the rate in which your mind ages.  Some of the other major benefits of meditation:
