SOCIAL GROUPS

If you looking to branch your social circle and also into team sports this is the perfect activity for you. Local social groups host weekly and weekend leagues for activities such as kickball, softball, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and more for both men’s/women’s and co-ed leagues. These are great ways to stay active with friends without feeling the dread of an exercise class.

Gardening not only gets the body moving but it teaches us about consistency and habits when it comes to growing and maintaining plants, flowers, and vegetables. Gardening is not only fun and educational but it also engages your sensory inputs and helps your body/mind relax because of the meditative nature that comes with this activity.
