TBR owner and CEO Kyle has 25 years of experience in the health, fitness, wellness, spa, and real estate industries. He has a highly successful track record in developing, leading, and managing winning teams, and he possesses a genuine passion for nurturing company culture wherever he goes.
Kyle’s natural ability for building strong internal and external relationships has helped strengthen his expertise in business operations. His past achievements include creating several innovative sales, marketing, and social media campaigns; fostering high-output environments that are disciplined, competitive, professional, and relentless (but also agile, educational, and fun); launching and directing a variety of game-changing client engagement and retention programs; and operating an entire multi-division organization within competitive 24/7/365 business landscapes. He also has a proven reputation for consistent YoY SSSG in terms of membership dues, in-center revenue, business sales, retention, and EBITDA budgets/goals.
Stretch & Recovery Senior Operations Officer and Trainer Extraordinaire, Ryan Slaven, has been in the fitness game for nearly a decade. As a certified personal trainer, Ryan became an expert at creating inspirational training initiatives for his individual clients, designing workout programs inspired by their personal needs and abilities. He also became adept at training smaller groups, carefully crafting fitness regimens to suit a variety of physical requirements at the exact same time.
In 2016, Ryan took his talents as a trainer to new heights at Reach Stretch Studios, signing on to help establish an ethical, professional culture within the organization as operations leader. Once there, he spearheaded the design and implementation of an online training database that included over 150 videos and 14 separate modules to help promote operational success. He also oversaw budgetary supervision for Reach’s five franchise locations and worked to optimize sales through disciplined strategic planning. True to his personal training routes, Ryan has also trained a total of 400 people in service protocol to date. He continues to blend his love of fitness with his love of business by leveraging successful leadership strategies to create positive experiences for all clients, year after year.
